Fees are based on the total number of lessons in the year, and a small admin cost divided into an average fee over the year.  This will be payable at 1st of each month by E-transfer, until end of music year, once student is registered. 
Music and Supplies are extra costs, not included in fees. 
Make-up Lessons All lessons missed by the teacher will be made up at a mutually acceptable time.  Only one illness or unforeseen event per calendar year will be eligible for make-up.  Make-ups will be offered at teacher discretion, and may include online lessons.   
Lesson Times are exclusively booked for each student and held throughout year. 
Practice Times are 25-30 min a day, 4-5 times a week.  Very young child practice is 15-20 minutes a day.  Practice is encouraged and rewarded, with the recognition that students who practice infrequently will progress at a much slower rate. 
​Recital Performance will be scheduled towards end of year 
Provided Contract will outline further payment and communication specifics and recognize parent/student signature as a full year commitment with  payment.
